Humberto Nader

He has acted in arbitration proceedings conducted by nationally and internationally recognized institutions.

In the administrative and regulatory sphere, Humberto has been involved in inquiries and other proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Class Councils, the main Regulatory Agencies and Autonomous Authorities linked to the Union.

Humberto has a law degree from PUC-Rio and specializations from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and the Brazilian Institute of Civil Law.
